JASON fined $20,000 for KIDDish behavior

Jason Kidd is sure a prolific basketball star but the other night he let his tongue wag more than his slams and blocks and that cost him nothing less than $20,000. Vice President of NBA operations handed Kidd the fine after the star decided to let his mind out at the referee. Jason would was visibly furious at match official Tom Washington’s line call in the dying moments of their game against the Detroit Pistons.
New Jesrey’s Vince Carter collided with Pistons Rasheed Wallace and saw his shot spiral over the basket. The shot could have put the game in Jersey’s kitty but much to Kidd and Nets coach Lawrence Frank no call meant that the Pistons walked out with the honors as they won 92-91. But in case for Kidd to have said that the ref Tom ‘messed up’ the game for them seemed only too Kiddish…
