Unlike English counterparts Spanish clubs do have a mid-year holiday break and would be back in action all with renewed energies when the Premiera Liga action resumes this weekend. And as the actions kick off it would be some interesting games to watch out for. League leaders Seville would be facing fifth in the table Real Zaragosa in an away game hoping to come out unscathed in what could be a real tricky encounter for Seville. Seville has done really well in the past twelve months and would be very much looking forward to repeat performance of the show they put up last season when they beat Zaragosa 2-0 in last season’s corresponding fixture.
In another mouth watering clash Real Madrid would be away at Deprotivo La Coruna with history pretty much against them and the current form suggesting that it might not be all that straight forward for the Galacticos. Real haven’t won at Deprotivo in about a decade and half, they would surely would like to change this stat but the indifferent form that Real has shown this season might just keep things the same. Meanwhile, with Jose Antonio Reyes fit again David Beckham could again find himself on the bench, just as he has done all season.
Elsewhere in the league Barcelona would be away at Getafe knowing fully well that the hosts have won all but one game including the one against Real Madrid. The champions would surely miss the services of star mid-fielders Deco and Ronaldhino both who are out with suspension. The other games to watch out for over the weekend include Real Sociedad v Osasuna, Real Betis v Celta Vigo and Villareal v Valencia.
